I met this wonderful lady while representing ECOWAS at the meeting of the Committee of Experts in Public Administration for the first time in 2003. Her gentle disposition and commitment to duty was very admirable.
I do pray God’s presence and condolence for the family she left behind and pray also that her gentle soul be received by the Almighty God. Rest In Peace Haiyan..
