Honouring the memory

Haiyan Qian passed away on 18th February 2013 after a heroic fight with cancer.

For the past thirty-three years, her unwavering energy, enthusiasm and dedication to the work of global public policy, governance and public administration have been an inspiration to us all.

She will be sorely missed by all of us.
